Make the Bœuf tenderloin marinade by combining soy sauce, Vinaigre, ginger, Ail, sesame oil, Huile d'olive, Sucre, Sel, and ground black Poivre in a large bowl

Ajouter the cubed Bœuf tenderloin to the bowl with the Bœuf tenderloin marinade

Gently toss to coat the Bœuf

Let it stay for 1 hour.

Using a metal or bamboo skewer, assemble the Bœuf kebob by skewering the vegetables and marinated Bœuf tenderloin.

Chauffer-up the Griller and start grilling the Bœuf kebobs for 3 minutes per side

This will give you a medium Bœuf that is juicy and tender on the inside

Ajouter more time if you want your Bœuf well done, but it will be less tender.
