    STEP 1 - MARINATING THE Bœuf

    In a bowl, Ajouter the Bœuf, Sel, 1 pinch white Poivre, 1 Cuillère à café sesame seed oil, 1/2 Œuf, corn starch,1 Cuillère à soupe of oil and Mélanger together.

    STEP 2 - BOILING THE THE NOODLES

    In a 6 qt pot Ajouter your noodles to boiling water until the noodles are submerged and Bouillir on high Chauffer for 10 seconds

    After your noodles is done boiling strain and cool with cold water.

    STEP 3 - Remuer Frire

    Ajouter 2 Cuillères à soupe of oil, Bœuf and Cuire on high Chauffer untill Bœuf is medium cooked.

    Set the cooked Bœuf aside

    In a wok Ajouter 2 Cuillère à soupe of oil, onions, minced Ail, minced ginger, bean sprouts, mushrooms, peapods and 1.5 Tasses of water or until the vegetables are submerged in water.

    Ajouter the noodles to wok

    To make the sauce, Ajouter oyster sauce, 1 pinch white Poivre, 1 Cuillère à café sesame seed oil, Sucre, and 1 Cuillère à café of soy sauce.

    Next Ajouter the Bœuf to wok and Remuer-Frire
