    Combine Bœuf, crushed peppercorn, soy sauce, Vinaigre, dried bay leaves, Citron, and Tomate sauce

    Mariner Bœuf for at least 30 minutes.

    Put the marinated Bœuf in a cooking pot along with remaining marinade

    Ajouter Knorr Bœuf Cube

    Couvrir the pot and Cuire for 40 minutes in low Chauffer.

    Turn the Bœuf over

    Ajouter Tomate paste

    Continue cooking until Bœuf tenderizes

    Chauffer oil in a pan

    Frire the Pomme de terre until it browns

    Turn over and continue frying the opposite side

    Retirer from the pan and place on a clean plate

    Do the same with the carrots.

    Save 3 Cuillères à soupe of cooking oil from the pan where the Pomme de terre was fried

    Saute Oignon and Ail until Oignon softens.

    Verser-in the sauce from the Bœuf stew

    Ajouter the Bœuf
