Assaisonner the Saumon, then rub with oil

Mélanger the dressing ingredients together

Halve, stone, Éplucher and Trancher the avocados

Halve and quarter the Concombre lengthways, then Couper into slices

Divide salad, avocado and Concombre between four plates, then drizzle with half the dressing.

Chauffer a non-stick pan

Ajouter the Saumon and Frire for 3-4 mins on each side until crisp but still moist inside

Put a Saumon fillet on top of each salad and drizzle over the remaining dressing

Servir warm.
