STEP 1 - MARINATING THE Poulet

In a bowl, Ajouter Poulet, Sel, white Poivre, ginger juice and then Mélanger it together well.

Set the Poulet aside.

STEP 2 - Rincer THE WHITE Riz

Rincer the Riz in a metal bowl or pot a couple times and then Égoutter the water.

STEP 2 - BOILING THE WHITE Riz

Next Ajouter 8 Tasses of water and then set the stove on high Chauffer until it is boiling

Once Riz porridge starts to Bouillir, set the stove on low Chauffer and then Remuer it once every 8-10 minutes for around 20-25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, this is optional but you can Ajouter a little bit more water to make Riz porridge to make it less thick or to your preference.

Next Ajouter the marinated Poulet to the Riz porridge and leave the stove on low Chauffer for another 10 minutes.

After an additional 10 minutes Ajouter the green onions, sliced ginger, 1 pinch of Sel, 1 pinch of white Poivre and Remuer for 10 seconds.

Servir the Riz porridge in a bowl

Optional: Ajouter Coriander on top of the Riz porridge.
