Instructions

Take a large pot or wok, big enough to Cuire all the Poulet, and Chauffer the oil in it

Once the oil is hot, Ajouter sliced Oignon and Frire them until deep golden brown

Then take them out on a plate and set aside.

To the same pot, Ajouter the chopped Ail and sauté for a minute

Then Ajouter the chopped tomatoes and Cuire until tomatoes turn soft

This would take about 5 minutes.

Then return the fried Oignon to the pot and Remuer

Ajouter ginger paste and sauté well.

Now Ajouter the cumin seeds, half of the coriander seeds and chopped green chillies

Give them a quick Remuer.

Next goes in the spices – turmeric powder and red chilli powder

Sauté the spices well for couple of minutes.

Ajouter the Poulet pieces to the wok, Assaisonner it with Sel to taste and Cuire the Poulet covered on medium-low Chauffer until the Poulet is almost cooked through

This would take about 15 minutes

Slowly Faire sautering the Poulet will enhance the flavor, so do not expedite this step by putting it on high Chauffer.

When the oil separates from the spices, Ajouter the beaten Yaourt keeping the Chauffer on lowest so that the Yaourt doesn’t split

Sprinkle the remaining coriander seeds and Ajouter half of the dried fenugreek leaves

Finally Ajouter the Crème and give a final Mélanger to combine everything well.

Sprinkle the remaining kasuri methi and garam masala and Servir the Poulet handi hot with naan or rotis
