    Squeeze Citron vert over Poulet and rub well

    Égoutter off excess Citron vert juice.

    Combine Tomate, scallion, Oignon, Ail, Poivre, Thym, pimento and soy sauce in a large bowl with the Poulet pieces

    Couvrir and Mariner at least one hour.

    Chauffer oil in a dutch pot or large saucepan

    Shake off the seasonings as you Retirer each piece of Poulet from the marinade

    Reserve the marinade for sauce.

    Lightly brown the Poulet a few pieces at a time in very hot oil

    Place browned Poulet pieces on a plate to rest while you brown the remaining pieces.

    Égoutter off excess oil and return the Poulet to the pan

    Verser the marinade over the Poulet and Ajouter the carrots

    Remuer and Cuire over medium Chauffer for 10 minutes.

    Mélanger Farine and coconut Lait and Ajouter to stew, stirring constantly

    Turn Chauffer down to minimum and Cuire another 20 minutes or until tender.
