    In a medium pot, Chauffer the Huile d'olive over medium-high Chauffer

    Ajouter the onions and Cuire, stirring occasionally until the onions start to caramelize

    Ajouter the carrots and Cuire until the carrots start to soften, about 4 more minutes.

    Ajouter the stock, water, potatoes, bay leaves, and black peppercorns

    Assaisonner with Sel and bring to a Bouillir

    Reduce Chauffer, Couvrir and Cuire for 10 minutes

    Ajouter the millet and Cuire for 15 more minutes until millet and potatoes are cooked.

    Gently Ajouter the Poisson cubes

    Remuer and bring the soup to a Mijoter

    The Poisson will Cuire through very fast, so make sure to not overcook them

    They are done when the flesh is opaque and flakes easily.

    Garnir the soup with chopped fresh dill or Persil before serving.
