Preheat oven to 180° C.

Combine carrots, Oignon, Ail, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, Sel and Huile d'olive in a bowl and Mélanger well

Transfer on a baking tray.

Put the baking tray in preheated oven and Rôtir for 10-12 minutes or till carrots soften

Retirer from Chauffer and cool.

Grind the baked Carotte mixture along with some water to make a smooth paste and strain in a bowl.

Chauffer the Carotte mixture in a non-stick pan

Ajouter two Tasses of water and bring to a Bouillir

Ajouter garam masala powder and Mélanger

Ajouter Sel and Mélanger well.

Retirer from Chauffer, Ajouter Citron juice and Mélanger well.
