    Chauffer the Beurre in a casserole dish until sizzling, then Frire the Porc for 2-3 mins on each side until browned

    Retirer from the pan.

    Tip the Bacon, Carotte, potatoes and swede into the pan, then gently Frire until slightly coloured

    Remuer in the cabbage, sit the chops back on top, Ajouter the bay leaf, then Verser over the cider and stock

    Couvrir the pan, then leave everything to gently Mijoter for 20 mins until the Porc is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

    Servir at the table spooned straight from the dish.
