In a wok Ajouter Poulet broth and wait for it to Bouillir.

When the Poulet broth is boiling Ajouter the vegetables to the wok.

To thicken the sauce, Fouetter together 1 Cuillère à soupe of cornstarch and 2 Cuillère à soupe of water in a bowl and slowly Ajouter to your soup until it's the right thickness.

Next Ajouter 1 Œuf slightly beaten with a knife or fork and Ajouter it to the soup slowly and Remuer for 8 seconds
