STEP 1 - MAKING THE SOUP

In a wok Ajouter Poulet broth and wait for it to Bouillir.

Next Ajouter Sel, Sucre, sesame seed oil, white Poivre, hot Poivre sauce, Vinaigre and soy sauce and Remuer for few seconds.

Ajouter Tofu, mushrooms, black wood ear mushrooms to the wok.

To thicken the sauce, Fouetter together 1 Cuillère à soupe of cornstarch and 2 Cuillère à soupe of water in a bowl and slowly Ajouter to your soup until it's the right thickness.

Next Ajouter 1 Œuf slightly beaten with a knife or fork and Ajouter it to the soup and Remuer for 8 seconds

Servir the soup in a bowl and Ajouter the bbq Porc and sliced green onions on top.
