    Chauffer the oil in a large frying pan over a low-medium Chauffer

    Ajouter the Oignon and a pinch of Sel and Cuire slowly, stirring occasionally, until softened and just starting to colour

    Ajouter the Ail, ginger and coriander stalks and Cuire for a further 2 mins, until fragrant.

    Ajouter the spices to the pan and Cuire for another 1 min, by which point everything should smell aromatic

    Tip in the chopped tomatoes and kidney Haricots in their water, then bring to the Bouillir.

    Turn down the Chauffer and Mijoter for 15 mins until the curry is nice and thick

  7. 7

    Assaisonner to taste, then Servir with the basmati Riz and the coriander leaves.
