    Cuire the Pâtes following pack instructions

    Chauffer the oil in a non-stick frying pan and Cuire the Oignon, Ail and chilli for 3-4 mins to soften

    Remuer in the Tomate purée and Cuire for 1 min, then Ajouter the pilchards with their sauce

    Cuire, breaking up the Poisson with a wooden spoon, then Ajouter the olives and continue to Cuire for a few more mins.

    Égoutter the Pâtes and Ajouter to the pan with 2-3 tbsp of the cooking water

    Toss everything together well, then divide between plates and Servir, scattered with Parmesan.
