Instructions

Mélanger the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and Assaisonner with Sel and Poivre

Cuire the Pâtes according to the packet instructions

Ajouter the Sucre snap peas for the last minute or so of cooking time.

Meanwhile, Chauffer the oil in a wok or large frying pan, toss in the Ail and chilli and Cuire over a fairly gentle Chauffer for about 30 seconds without letting the Ail brown

Tip in the prawns and Cuire over a high Chauffer, stirring frequently, for about 3 minutes until they turn pink.

Ajouter the tomatoes and Cuire, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes until they just start to soften

Égoutter the Pâtes and Sucre snaps well, then toss into the prawn mixture

Tear in the Basilic leaves, Remuer, and Assaisonner with Sel and Poivre.

Servir with salad leaves drizzled with the Citron vert dressing, and warm crusty Pain.
