    Place corned Bœuf in large pot or Dutch oven and Couvrir with water

    Ajouter the spice packet that came with the corned Bœuf

    Couvrir pot and bring to a Bouillir, then reduce to a Mijoter

    Mijoter approximately 50 minutes per Livre or until tender.

    Ajouter whole potatoes and peeled and Couper carrots, and Cuire until the vegetables are almost tender

    Ajouter cabbage and Cuire for 15 more minutes

    Retirer meat and let rest 15 minutes.

    Place vegetables in a bowl and Couvrir

    Ajouter as much broth (cooking liquid reserved in the Dutch oven or large pot) as you want

    Trancher meat across the grain.
