Instructions

Put the Oignon and oil in a large pan and Frire over a fairly high Chauffer for 3-4 mins

Ajouter the Ail and Hacher finement and Frire until they both brown

Ajouter the mushrooms and herbs, and Cuire for another couple of mins.

Remuer in the tomatoes, Bœuf stock, Tomate ketchup or purée, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning

Bring to the Bouillir, then reduce the Chauffer, Couvrir and Mijoter, stirring occasionally, for 30 mins.

Meanwhile, Cuire the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling, salted water, according to packet instructions

Égoutter well, run hot water through it, put it back in the pan and Ajouter a dash of Huile d'olive, if you like, then Remuer in the meat sauce

Servir in hot bowls and hand round Parmesan Fromage, for sprinkling on top.
